Thaipusam

Every year, the crowd of Thaipusam will pass by my house, this year as well. In the early morning of 5am, I could merely hear the sound of indian drums playing along the road. This is the view from the balcony. Gosh~ shouldn't park my car outside the road that night, luciky nothing happened.

Show room

Went to Bandar Puteri Puchong to have the Ho Po Lui tea again. There's another stall selling herbal noodle but it looks so so only, just that it serves with herbal soup with pork. Later on, we stopped by the hill top of Bandar Puteri, there's a bungalow show room, so as free food prepared. Well, we'll never ever had it because it's too expensive, 2 millions per unit and it's not that worth to own it. The show room renovation has used up to 400K:

Souled Out at Sri Hartamas

It was like a departmental lunch bcoz about 30+ of us joined together, we actually wanna celeb 3 colleagues' birthday. The big boss had also joined in, well... we can have a long lunch break and no need to rush back to work. The environment is nice, the food is just normal. They also provide free service of helping their customers to park their cars who stop in front of the entrance.
I had the Char Grilled Chicken with black pepper mushroom sauce:

Hakka Lui Cha

It is considered one of the heathiest food because of variety of mixed vegetables. There are 3 Hakka Lui Cha food stall that we always 'Bong Chan', one located at a food center near Puchong Tesco, another at Kepong Wai Sik Kai. The third is even more special and always out of stock, located in Bandar Puteri Puchong because it isn't served with white rice only but brown rice as well. What I like most is its mint aroma.

Picnic at Sg. Congkak

About 20+ of us from our department had a day trip to Sungai Congkak waterfall, Cheras. We should have also deco our 6 cars with flags, so that all other cars won't cut our line while following each other on the road.

Although it's called waterfall, however there aren't any big waterfall. So, we had chosen a pondok near the river to put all the food & bags.

Some of us catch fishes in the river, some enjoy eating, some pak-tor, etc. What I enjoyed most was the freezing river jaccuzi ^_^ If it's in warm water, lagi best.

Luckily it only started to rain after we were back.

Farewell at Inner Mongolia

We had a farewell for Liza at Inner Mongolia restaurant, Jalan Pudu. Dishes are mainly beef or mutton. Once stepped in, like came into a restaurant in China. This is because the people who worked inside are mainly China people and they are many China slang speakings customers eating inside. The interior design is also like restaurant in China, including the furnitures and rooms arrangement.

The slices of beef & mutton are very thin, easy to boil in a few seconds and ready to serve.

Yogurt Product Testing

My colleague intro us to earn some cash from product testing in Shah's Village hotel. The target is for chinese female. It took about 20mins to test out the 2 yogurt flavours and gave comments only. After me, Gerlin & ChaiLan finished and we got our cash, we went to SS2's Prince Cafe for lunch:) I had the fried beef spagetti =p

Passed by Titiwangsa area which is near to my place to have a glance on our new 'Eye on Malaysia'. Today is the grand opening, so it was crowded, didn't wait till the fireworks, had decided to go back home. Coincidentally saw that the singer, Michael Wong, attended this opening as well.
